We’re seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our team at our Wingfield facility.
Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects from start to finish — ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate projects, within scope, delivery time and budget requirements

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Source and cost materials, and obtain quotes from suppliers

• Identify and manage project risks in line with quality processes

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers

• Participate in post-project reviews of projects

• Contribute to and promote continuous improvement initiatives

Essential:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the Defence or Manufacturing Sector

• Trustworthy, reliable and detail-focused

• Ability to work effectively under pressure

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Proficient in reading and interpreting design plans and drawings

• Previous experience working with quality systems

Desirable:

• Diploma in Project Management or Engineering Degree

• Experience in fabrication or machining

• Knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing and tooling techniques

• Experience working in AS9100 quality environments

• 9-day fortnight enjoy every second Friday off and a short day on the alternate Friday.
