Meinhardt Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of its international engineering projects, providing senior technical leadership across multiple disciplines and global offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine, implement and monitor engineering strategies, policies and standards for the delivery of the organisation's international engineering projects. 
• Plan, coordinate and control the engineering activities of multidisciplinary projects across multiple offices, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, program, cost and quality requirements. 
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, allocating and prioritising tasks, providing technical direction, and monitoring individual and team performance. 
• Review and approve engineering designs, methodologies and deliverables to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, industry standards and safety requirements.

What we need

• Demonstrated experience in an engineering management or senior engineering role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team coordination ability.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering or a related discipline
