OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to take ownership of the successful delivery of complex projects from concept through to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
The Role As Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing high-end multi level residential and mixed use projects end-to-end, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will play a key role in coordinating internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders while maintaining strong commercial oversight.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects from initial planning through to delivery
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and manage project programs, budgets, and reporting
  • Identify and manage project risks, ensuring proactive problem solving
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and approvals processes
  • Drive project performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
CRITERIA:
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects in a construction, property, or an architectural firm environment
  • 6 + years experience post graduation 
  • Ideally you have exposure to hotel/accommodation/high rise projects
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent commercial awareness and project management capability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture
