This is a Fixed Term, Full Time opportunity of 1.0 FTE (76 hours per fortnight) for six months with the possibility of extensions.
Position Profile: Provides program leadership and support in the identification, management, development, implementation and evaluation of programs, projects and services for the Child and Adolescent Community Health Nursing Services.
About Child & Adolescent Community Health (CACH): Community Health provides health and developmental assessments, early intervention and health promotion services for children and young people from birth to 18 years. Nursing Services include child health (Purple Book assessments), school health, immunisation, enuresis, breastfeeding support and dedicated services for Aboriginal and newly settled refugee families.
These services are provided in the community across the Perth metropolitan area at community health centres, in schools, home visits and through telehealth appointments. Services focus on child health, growth and development, and support for families with the aim of ensuring each child achieves optimal health and well-being.
