Hanlon Industries is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Out-of-Home (OOH) media infrastructure projects - including structural steel billboards, large-format advertising structures, and urban display installations.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of steel structures and installation projects across Australia, from early planning and fabrication coordination through to site installation and project completion.

You’ll work across workshop, site, and client environments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and on budget while maintaining the high-quality standards Hanlon is known for.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead construction project delivery across structural steel and OOH infrastructure builds
Manage project planning, scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation
Coordinate between fabrication workshops, site teams, subcontractors, and clients
Monitor budgets, forecasting, variations, and cost control
Provide constructability input on design, materials, and installation strategies
Build strong relationships with clients, media owners, councils, and project stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and ISO management systems

What we’re looking for:

Experience managing construction or structural steel projects
Background in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant trade pathway
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multidisciplinary project teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to delivering complex builds
