HSE - Health & Safety Advisor

A multinational leading automation solution company based in Rydalmere, NSW is looking for a dedicated HSE HEALTH & SAFETY ADVISOR

As the Health & Safety Advisor, you will ensure compliance with HSE regulations, promote safety, and drive environmental responsibility within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and review on the HSE programs, policies and Safe Work Documentation.

• Conduct site inspections and audits.

• Provide HSE training and support.

• Building HSE culture within the organization

• Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits as required to maintain ISO and appropriate accreditation.

• Ensure organizational compliance with the HSE Act, Environmental Act, Accident Compensation Act and supporting regulations.

• Investigate incidents and accidents. 

• Manage incident reporting systems and compliance registers

• Work closely with operations to align systems with field operations

• Conduct employee inductions

• Maintain WHS Monitor

About you:

• Relevant HSE certifications preferred.

• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and management system.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Analytical mindset.

• Experience with WHS Monitor would be desirable
