OCC QLD Labour Services is a well-established national labour hire company operating since 1995. Built on strong values of integrity, safety, reliability, relationships, and family, we’re proud to be expanding our presence in the Queensland market.

We are currently seeking experienced construction labourers for a range of ongoing projects across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

You will be working on active construction sites and involved in duties including:

• Demolition and general site clean-up

• Manual handling, loading and unloading materials

• Assisting trades and operating tools under supervision

• Operating plant and equipment where licensed

• Maintaining clean, safe, and organised work areas

• Strictly adhering to all WHS and site safety requirements

To be considered for this role, you MUST have:

• A current White Card

• A minimum of 2 years experience in construction labouring

• Solid understanding of construction site safety and OH&S

• Driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred)

• Ability to complete online onboarding and a short medical questionnaire

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment

• Ongoing, safe, and reliable work

• Competitive hourly rates from $35–$42 per hour + penalties (based on experience and tickets held)

• Weekly pay

• Work across a variety of projects and sites throughout Brisbane
