Disability Support Worker

Aspire Care & Disability Services is a growing disability support provider committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred support to NDIS participants across Brisbane. We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Casual Disability Support Workers to join our team.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide tailored support to participants in their homes and communities, helping them achieve their goals and maintain independence.

• Community access and social participation

• Personal care and daily living assistance

• Transport to appointments and activities

• Capacity building and life skills development

• Medication assistance (where applicable)

• Progress notes and documentation

• Supporting participant choice and independence

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

• Blue Card (or ability to obtain)

• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

• NDIS Worker Orientation Module

• Excellent communication skills

• Right to work in Australia

• Experience supporting participants with psychosocial disabilities

• Mental health support experience

• Behaviour support experience

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or similar
