Kids Under Cover is seeking a dynamic Youth Housing & Asset Manager to lead our housing program and drive positive outcomes for young people at risk of homelessness through prevention and early intervention. In this newly created role, you’ll manage a growing portfolio of innovative housing assets including studios, mobile pods, and Village 21s; and lead all tenancy management functions. Your expertise in strategic asset management will ensure safety and sustainability of our housing assets. You’ll lead a dedicated team, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and champion continuous improvement to maximise impact. What You’ll Do: Develop and implement strategic asset management plans.Manage internal and external maintenance.Lead day-to-day operations of tenancy management functions.Optimise access to housing solutions for young people and families.Ensure compliance with legislation, funding agreements, and child safety standards.Drive innovation and efficiency through technology and data-driven insights.
