About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Support Worker to support participants based in Mooroolbark, VIC. This is an ongoing support opportunity involving a combination of community access and in-home support.
⭐ About the role:
✅ Mental health experience essential
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Proactive and able to take initiative
✅ Comfortable around dogs
✅ Patient, easy-going, and reliable
Support includes:
• Community access
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Banking assistance
• In-home support
🕒 Ongoing Shifts (Starting 9 June)
• Tuesdays: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Fridays: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Essential Experience & Requirements Qualifications:
Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)
Current First Aid & CPR
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check
Working With Children Check
Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
