Who You Are

You’re a strong developer who enjoys taking the lead — guiding others, improving how things are built, and staying hands-on in the work. You don’t overcomplicate things — you focus on building solutions that work, scale and make sense for the business.

You understand that good development isn’t just about writing code — it’s about building systems that are reliable, scalable and aligned to the bigger picture.

You’re comfortable guiding others, setting standards and having constructive technical conversations that bring clarity rather than confusion.

You take ownership, think critically about solutions and enjoy working collaboratively to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Who We Are

We’re a specialist agricultural underwriting agency focused on farm insurance. Our aim is simple — to be the obvious choice for brokers, clients and employees.

As we grow, we’re investing in how we build — creating better systems, stronger teams and more scalable ways of working.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape that, in a team that values ownership, simplicity and doing things properly.
