Male Disability Support Worker – Casual

Pay Rate: $32.88 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)

Hours: Approximately 10–20 hours per week

Azalea Care Services is currently seeking a Male Disability Support Worker to join our team in the Riverstone area and support participants in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment. This role involves supporting participants with community access and daily living activities while promoting independence and well-being.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. We welcome applicants who are reliable, compassionate, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to participants in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting
  • Support participants with community access activities such as outings, appointments, and social engagement
  • Assist with daily living support when required
  • Encourage independence and community participation
  • Maintain clear communication and shift notes

Requirements

  • Male support worker (participant preference)
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Reliable and positive attitude
  • Good English and communication skills
