Disability Support Worker (Casual)

Disacare Solution Pty Ltd is seeking compassionate, experienced, and knowledgeable NDIS Support Workers to support participants with complex and diverse support needs. Our clients live with mental health and psychosocial disabilities, acquired brain injuries, schizophrenia, autism, and ADHD.

This role requires workers who are confident, patient, and skilled in providing person-centred, trauma-informed support while promoting independence, dignity, and choice.

Key Requirements:

• A friendly and caring attitude, with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full Australian Driver’s License and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia.
• Flexibility to work casual hours, including weekends if required.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to privacy, dignity, and the wellbeing of clients.

Desirable:

1. Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health, or a related field. (optional)

2. First Aid and CPR Certification.

4. Working with Children Check and Police Check.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour
