Disability Support Worker (Fulltime)

My Supports is an organisation led by people with firsthand experience in disability. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll join a vibrant local Neighbourhood Team with a close-knit group of fellow support workers, all led by an experienced Team Leader.

Our Team Leaders offer day-to-day support and guidance, collaborating with you to understand our clients' needs. This approach helps us deliver person-centred, community-inclusive supports.

We are currently seeking a Support Worker to support a participant based in Bullsbrook. The client resides in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment and requires structured, consistent support due to complex care needs.

Because of the participant’s support requirements, the successful applicant will ideally have relevant experience or training in disability support, complex care, or behavioural support strategies, or a strong willingness to undertake training and learn.

Experience with personal care or challenging behaviours is beneficial but not required. We encourage individuals with lived experience or a desire to make a positive impact to apply.

Pay: $76,500.00 – $78,500.00 per year
