Disability Support Worker – Cranbourne, VIC In-Home & Community Access Support (24/7 Roster) Are you passionate about providing meaningful support to people in their homes and communities? • Provide person-centered in-home and community support to multiple clients across Cranbourne area.
• Assist with personal cares, manual handling, daily living tasks, and psychosocial support.
• 24/7 roster of support – shifts across days, nights, and weekends.
• Help clients live independently, safely, and with dignity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in disability, aged care, or personal support roles.
• Comfortable with personal care and manual handling tasks.
• Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification (highly desirable).
• Reliable, compassionate, and client-focused.
