Caring Circle Support Network is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Female Support Workers to join our close-knit team. Our Participant is based in Panorama, this vital frontline role involves supporting a female participant to live independently, feel empowered, and reach their personal goals.

As a Support Worker, you'll:

• Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks

• Assist with meal preparation, household duties, and medication prompts

• Support community access, transport, and participation in recreational activities

• Encourage social connection, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth

• Help maintain routines and promote independence in a safe, respectful environment

• Collaborate with families, professionals, and the broader support team

• Document progress and changes in wellbeing clearly and accurately

Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)
A reliable vehicle and full driver's license
Understanding of disability and/or mental health support
Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality care
Availability during weekdays and weekends including daytime, evening and overnights
Ability to complete accurate timesheets and progress notes

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in personal care, manual handling and medication administration is required

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or similar (Preferred)

• Current First Aid and CPR certification

• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Working with Children Check

• Driver's licence and access to a reliable, full comprehensive insured vehicle

• Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for this position
