Integrity Staffing - Training Development Support

Key Responsibilities

• Draft resource content (e.g. fact sheets, manuals, slide decks and scripts) in line with guidance from the Project Lead.
• Edit and reformat documents based on feedback from subject matter experts and reviewers.
• Apply consistent templates, formatting and document structures across all materials.
• Translate technical or policy information into clear, audience-appropriate language.
• Track outstanding feedback and follow up with relevant stakeholders as required.
• Maintain accurate records of review comments and document revisions.
• Conduct background research to support content development.
• Summarise key findings into concise briefing notes.
• Assist with citation formatting and maintaining reference lists.
• Collate relevant operational guidance and jurisdictional information.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong content creation skills, including writing, PowerPoint and online learning platforms.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical capability.
• High-level organisational and coordination skills.
• Experience interpreting and developing policy and procedures.
• Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Desirable

• Experience in training or resource development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Sciences or a related field.
