What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting leadership success
Be a trusted right‑hand to the COO, managing schedules, priorities and daily rhythms Proactively coordinate workflows, commitments and follow‑ups across a complex portfolio Anticipate needs and create space for strategic focus
Driving communication and organisation
Manage correspondence, reports, presentations and briefing materials with precision and care Ensure smooth communication flows across teams, leaders and stakeholders Bring clarity, structure and professionalism to all documentation
Enabling effective governance
Coordinate meetings, agendas, papers and action tracking Keep priorities visible and ensure accountability through clear follow‑through Maintain strong records to support operational transparency
Building trusted relationships
Act as a key coordination point for internal and external stakeholders Navigate sensitive matters with discretion, professionalism and sound judgement Strengthen collaboration across a diverse and purpose‑driven organisation
Supporting projects and continuous improvement
Assist with operational initiatives, events and key projects Identify opportunities to improve systems, coordination and ways of working Contribute to a culture of adaptability, learning and excellence

Your Skills & Experience
Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast‑paced, complex environment Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Executive Support or related discipline (desirable) Exceptional organisational skills; you stay calm, focused and in control Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail Confidence managing competing priorities and shifting demands Advanced Microsoft Office and administrative systems capability Experience in not-for-profit, community services or purpose-led organisations desirable
