With our deep understanding of human behaviour, coupled with our media and creative knowledge, we produce customised advertising solutions to our partners. We currently have an opportunity to join Hybrid’s Sydney office as an Account Executive, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering bespoke and complex digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Support the account management team by coordinating advertising campaigns and assist in managing relationships with a select group of clients.Support clients through each stage of the account management process, from reporting calls, campaign launches through to quarterly reviews.Manage reporting alongside the Paid Media team, and work alongside our Account Management leadership team to deliver client meetings and review ongoing results of campaigns.Provide meaningful insights and benchmarking data to add value to client meetings.Establish strong relationships with client accounts.Regular account administration duties, including reviewing and launching campaign assets, project management across advertising campaigns, internal coordination and quality control.Travel to client sites for in-person meetings as and when required to deliver review meetings and insights sessions. Key Requirements: High levels of attention to detail, organisational skills and a calm presence to deliver under pressure.The desire to build long term relationships and shape the media and marketing strategy for our partners.An interest in marketing, advertising and client relationships within an agency environment.Determination and a willingness to get stuck into any challenge.A solutions mindset and proactive, positive approachAbility to work to deadlines and deliver reports on timeA highly energetic presence to engage clients and build rapport, whilst galvanising our team to deliver powerful campaigns.Preferred, but not required, to have a degree in marketing or a related field.Data analysis ability preferred, along with good presentation skills.Collaborative working approach.
