Account Executive - FINEX

Description We are currently seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our Financial Lines and Executive Risk (FINEX) team in the Melbourne office. The successful candidate will be joining a highly motivated team which manages a range of corporate and retail clients. This role requires a diligent team player who is able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills and who can contribute to all aspects of client service by assisting the team to maintain and grow its existing portfolio. WTW will provide you with the opportunity to enhance your skills sets and broaden your knowledge in the complexities of Financial Line products including Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers and Cyber Risk Management classes of risk. The Role Identifying insurable risks and designing and negotiating appropriate financial lines insurance solutions for the clientDeveloping and maintaining business relationships with new and existing clients and insurersWork collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and grow strong client and insurer relationshipsSupporting Senior Account Executives on our large complex clients, Maintaining your own portfolio of SME and lower complexity financial lines clientsPromoting the WTW brand within the insurance industry both locally and nationally Qualifications The Requirements Excellent attention to detailProven ability to understand and meet a client’s needsTier 1 Insurance Broking qualification is desirable, or a willingness to obtain the qualification.Excellent report writing skills supported by a great level of competency in Word and Excel and knowledge of PowerPointOutstanding oral and written communication skills both on an individual and small group basisYour time management skills keep you ahead of your schedule and workloadYou are professional, reliable and able to work autonomously with minimal guidanceWe’ll love your drive, ambition and focus on excellencePrevious financial lines experience would be preferred but is not a mandatory requirement If you believe you have the skills and passion for this role, but don't meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
