The Opportunity:
  
A newly created opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to step into a highly trusted role supporting the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and Board. This is a position with real influence and variety, where you’ll be central to keeping executive priorities on track, supporting governance and contributing to key strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide high-level, right-hand support to the CEO, including managing a complex diary, executive correspondence and stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead the coordination of Board and Committee meetings, from agendas and papers through to accurate minutes and follow-up actions
  • Take ownership of governance administration, including AGM coordination and maintaining confidential Board and Committee records
  • Support the preparation of CEO reports, leadership documentation and sensitive organisational communications
  • Play a key role in the delivery of major events and special functions
  • Provide project support across the business, keeping initiatives on track and well-coordinated
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplier relationships and resource coordination
Your Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience supporting a CEO, senior executive or Board within a complex organisational environment.
  • Strong governance experience, including preparation of board papers and detailed meeting minutes.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and anticipate executive requirements.
  • Outstanding written communication skills and sound professional judgement.
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders across executive, leadership and operational levels.
  • A proactive, adaptable and highly discreet approach, with a strong focus on solutions.
  • Flexibility to attend occasional planned after-hours Board meetings.
