ABOUT THE AUSTRALIAN CHILDCARE ALLIANCE (ACA) NSW
For over 45 years, the Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) NSW continues to be the peak body for over 1,600 privately-owned predominantly small to medium-sized family-owned and operated businesses that provide early childhood education and care services in New South Wales. ACA NSW members employ over 25,000 employees and are committed to providing excellence in early childhood education and care for the more than 125,000 children and their families.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a multifaceted position designed for a proactive "all-rounder" who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role provides high-level as well as operational support to our CEO.
This role is ideal for a multi-tasker who is also creative, resourceful and thrives with challenges. Whether you are an experienced professional or a high-achieving graduate with a strong portfolio, we are looking for a "people person" ready to help advance the early childhood education and care sector further.

NOTE: Early childhood education and care experience is NOT mandatory.
REMUNERATION
A full-time equivalent base salary of a minimum of $70,000 per annum plus statutory superannuation is offered, along with 4-weeks' annual leave, sick leave and carer's leave entitlements. Applications for part-time employment (eg 9 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday) are also welcome. After the first 3 months, a performance-based bonus package will be mutually developed and confirmed.
