About the Role
At Mars United Commerce, our Account Executives are the key support for our Account Service team, forming a critical part of each client portfolio. As an Account Executive, you will have core responsibilities across administrative and planning tasks for your portfolio of clients, with our goal being to expose you to the various disciplines in our business, including Shopper Marketing, Retail Media & Digital Commerce, Sampling Activations and Experiential Events. As a supporting team member on client accounts, you will be included in daily client communication to assist you in forming skills across end-to-end project management. In addition, you will also have client-facing responsibilities on selected projects with the guidance of senior team members.

Planning the effective execution of a campaign from start to finishAttending client WIPs, supporting the senior team membersResponsibility over campaign compliance, ensuring that guidelines are followedOwning the scheduling, publishing, and community engagement across client social platformsProviding input into creative & content planning with insights from community trends and audience feedbackParticipating in brainstorms and assisting with campaign ideation as a part of your wider teamAssisting with proposal creationCreating strong client relationships Writing studio briefs Proofing studio creationsSupporting Senior team members in creating estimates
