We are a Global Pentecostal Church looking for an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to join our team on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, QLD. Reporting to the Global Directors, the successful candidate will provide a broad range of Executive Administration support and day-to-day operational assistance to the Senior Ministers.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about providing high level support both operationally & relationally with strength in organisation, process & detail focus, thinking ahead and beyond the obvious. You will love an environment that is fast-paced with lots of competing priorities. You will be highly skilled in all the administrative skills – diary management, meeting preparation, meeting minutes, project work, plus travel and accommodation arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and administration
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and execute actions
Excellent Microsoft office skills, with the ability to amend and format documents in a timely and accurate manner.
Develop strong working relationships with the Global team, staff, church members and third parties providing an effective transfer of information.
Deal with all enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
Role model a 'can-do', positive work ethic; be decisive, responsible and take ownership of issues that arise.
Make and receive calls on behalf of the Senior Ministers
Organise domestic and international travel and accommodation requirements.
Supervise and manage workflow to a small team of support staff
Ad-hoc projects.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Essential to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Essential to be organised and be able to prioritise work
Essential to have had experience in planning, managing, organising and delegation.
Essential to work with confidentiality, discretion and diplomacy
Ability to work under pressure without supervision
Ability to work proactively and flexibly
Essential to have excellent time and performance management
High level of understanding and competency with Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Align with the organisation's values and ethos.
The hours of this position are a minimum of 4 days per week. These hours will be worked Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm (32 Hours per week).
