We are now seeking either an experienced Salesperson or a motivated Junior/Trainee Sales Consultant who is ready to build a long-term career in sales. About the Role As part of our Humpy Co team, you will service customers across Victoria and play a key role in driving growth in the region. This is an excellent opportunity for: An experienced residential salesperson looking to join a supportive, family-owned business with strong lead flow and career stability, orA junior salesperson with some exposure to sales or customer service who is eager to learn, be mentored, and develop into a confident sales professional. For all candidates, full product and sales training will be provided. Remuneration:Base salary (commensurate with experience) $70,000-100,000 + superannuation Key Responsibilities Understanding and assessing client needs and recommending suitable solutionsManaging a high volume of leads, following up enquiries, and working towards agreed targetsPresenting and promoting the Humpy Co. product range to new and existing customersConducting needs analyses to tailor building solutions to individual customer requirementsBuilding and maintaining strong, positive customer relationshipsProactively contacting customer leads, including follow-up calls and occasional outreachResolving customer queries promptly to ensure a high level of satisfactionWorking collaboratively with internal team members to deliver an excellent customer experienceProviding feedback to management on customer trends, opportunities, and market activity About You We are open to candidates at different stages of their sales career.For experienced applicants:Residential or building-related sales experience preferredStrong ability to manage the full sales process from enquiry to closeDemonstrated ability to meet agreed sales targetsFor junior/trainee applicants:Some experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a client-facing roleA genuine desire to build a career in salesConfidence speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phoneWillingness to learn and take direction For all applicants:Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and energeticCustomer-focused and solutions-drivenAble to work independently and as part of a teamFlexible approach to work hours, including occasional after-hours or weekend appointmentsWhile not essential, candidates located close to our Mentone office will be preferredExperience with Active Campaign CRM is beneficial but not essentialIf you are motivated, personable, and ready to contribute to a growing family business, we would love to hear from you.Whether you are an established salesperson or looking to take the next step into a sales career, Humpy Co offers a genuine opportunity to grow with us.Join us in making backyard living simple, satisfying, and enjoyable for our customers.We thank all applicants for their interest in Humpy Co however, only those selected for interview will be contacted.
