ARKCON Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the company’s procurement and supply chain activities supporting construction and building projects across Victoria.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to support project delivery and operational requirements
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Manage purchasing processes, supplier contracts and procurement budgets
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure cost-effective procurement outcomes
• Coordinate procurement activities including international sourcing, logistics and delivery scheduling
• Implement cost reduction strategies and ensure efficient inventory management
• Work closely with project managers and directors to align procurement with project timelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain management or purchasing roles
• Strong negotiation, analytical and supplier management skills
• Experience in construction or building materials procurement highly regarded
