This full-time position will be responsible for managing corporate services, supporting operational planning, and improving internal systems and processes to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
Location: Preston, Victoria
Salary: $90,000 – $95,000 plus superannuation

Oversee administrative and operational functions of the organisation
Coordinate corporate services including compliance, reporting, and resource management
Develop and implement policies and procedures
Assist senior management with operational planning and strategy
Prepare reports, documentation, and internal correspondence
Support budgeting, compliance, and organisational governance
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
Applicants should demonstrate:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, or related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate services, operations, or administration
Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage operational systems and reporting processes
Experience in healthcare, disability services, or community services will be highly regarded
