Customer Service - Hair & Beauty trade Store

Beautopia seeks a customer service orientated assistant to join our small team in our hair and beauty trade store located in Joondalup. This role is a casual role working 2-3 days per week and certain Saturdays may be required.

You would be joining a company which has 33 stores nationwide and sells all the major brands in the hair and beauty industry.

To be successful you must:

• Be a highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills.

• Be highly organised and demonstrate excellent time management skills.

• Have experience in sales.

• Be motivated and have a great eye for detail.

• A hairdressing background is essential as these products are the main focus of the business.

• Have proven admin experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• In store sales, assisting with customers in person and by phone.

• Picking, packing and invoicing orders.

• Restocking shelves and displays.

• Housekeeping and maintenance of the store.

• Assisting with general administration duties

• Promotion of core brands including Jeval and Fanola
