We are seeking a motivated and friendly Call Centre Consultant to join our growing team on a full-time basis. Role Overview You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, booking appointments, updating client information, and providing exceptional customer service Key Responsibilities Making and receiving telephone callsFollowing up enquiries and leadsBooking appointments for our teamMaintaining accurate records and notesProviding outstanding customer serviceWorking towards achievable daily and weekly targets Key Requirements We are looking for someone who: Has excellent communication skillsEnjoys talking to people and building rapportIs confident using computers and learning new systemsIs organised and reliableHas a positive attitude and strong work ethicPrevious call centre, customer service, administration or reception experience is desirable but not essential Why Join Us?
