What There Is That feel-good feeling to help people who need itGreat training and onboarding to the teamAmazing and supportive leadersSecure a full-time role that is worked during business hours Responsibilities Be a primary point of contact (via phone and email) for non-urgent product and service enquiriesAscertain the nature of client requests and address them accordinglyProcess installations of new medical alarm units and devices that are connected to our Emergency Response CentreRespond to new and current client telephone calls and online enquiriesProvide first-level fault support and troubleshooting to clients experiencing alarm issuesRecommend the most suitable products, explaining how they work to existing and new clientsUpdate the client database to ensure that information is correct and general data entry The successful candidate Engaging 'people person' with the ability to demonstrate empathy and patienceProven experience in customer service or salesExcellent resilience and listening skillsAbility to think on your feet and make decisionsComputer-literate with the ability to pick up new systems quicklySuperb phone manner and attention to detail with written communicationsHave a positive, team-player mindset Why join Tunstall?
