About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance, quality, and financial performance
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop your team to achieve high performance and quality outcomes
  • Build meaningful relationships with families and the local community
  • Drive occupancy through your strong commercial and marketing mindset
  • Guide your team toward Meeting or Exceeding the National Quality Standards
About You

You are a confident and values-driven leader who brings:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Centre Manager
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Strong capability in leading teams, achieving targets, and maintaining compliance
