About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will:

Lead the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance, quality, and financial performance
Inspire, mentor, and develop your team to achieve high performance and quality outcomes
Build meaningful relationships with families and the local community
Drive occupancy through your strong commercial and marketing mindset
Guide your team toward Meeting or Exceeding the National Quality Standards

About You

You are a confident and values-driven leader who brings:

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Proven experience as a Centre Manager
A current Working with Children Check
Strong capability in leading teams, achieving targets, and maintaining compliance
