We are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator star to join our wonderful admin team.

About the Role
This is a diverse and rewarding role that plays an integral part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. You will work closely with our administration, sales, logistics, and production teams, in a fast-paced environment providing support across customer service, logistics coordination, accounts administration, compliance, and sales support functions. Guided training will be provided in initial months.
Key Responsibilities
Assist and eventually coordinate with export container administration and export documentation.
Support logistics, dispatch, and order processing activities to eventually coordinate the logistics, dispatch and ordering of a distribution area, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service to customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Manage and action customer and internal email enquiries.
Assist with customer invoicing and pallet account management.
Maintain CHEP and LOSCAM pallet reconciliations.
Enter and process accounts payable invoices.
Coordinate office supply purchases and inventory.
Prepare and bundle point-of-sale and marketing materials.
Provide general administrative support to the sales and administration teams.
Assist with other duties as required to support business operations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Essential
Previous customer service experience with a strong focus on building customer relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise competing deadlines.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute as part of a team.
Highly Regarded
Experience in warehousing, distribution, transport, or logistics.
Agricultural industry knowledge or experience.
Experience with export documentation, export contracts, and compliance requirements.
Experience within manufacturing, transport, or supply chain environments.
Previous experience managing high-volume customer enquiries.
Exposure to pallet control systems such as CHEP and LOSCAM.
Experience using MYOB.
