When you join this global freight forwarder you will provide exceptional customer service to an impressive list of high profile clients across a variety of industries and commodities. 

The Position

  • Report to the Customer Service Manager
  • Support the operational and sales process from order management to delivery
  • Provide a personalised and customised service solutions to clients
  • Respond to customer service inquiries by phone and email
  • Monitor and report shipment status updates
  • Liaise with operational teams as required
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
The Requirements

To be successful you require:

  • Freight forwarding experience 
  • Order management and pricing expertise 
  • Well developed customer service skills
  • Proven problem solving ability
