The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Team Lead Customer Support, this role is responsible for providing professional, friendly and efficient service to our Customers and Sales teams throughout Australia, ensuring that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
This role would suit someone who is reliable, able to multitask in a busy environment, has strong attention to detail, a friendly phone manner, quick to learn new systems and confident using computers. This is a permanent opportunity working full time, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities include:
Input customer orders and provide timely and accurate responses to customers
Provide support to customers, field representatives, sales managers and internal departments at Cook Australia
Ensure customer support is carried out in an efficient, professional and timely manner
Process shipments for international customers
Manage orders/requests as necessary and communicate with various stakeholders
Answer customer queries
Perform duties in compliance with local quality procedures and work instructions
What we need from you:
Previous Customer Support or data entry experience is highly regarded
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Excellent data entry skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word) essential
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, balancing multiple priorities
Highly organised with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to rapidly learn multiple systems and navigate these while interacting with customers
Ability to switch between tasks if priorities change
Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative with a positive attitude to problem-solving
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
