Responsibilities: As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and our skilled technicians. Your responsibilities will include:
Service Advisor in the day to day running of the service department.
Greeting customers and understanding their service needs
Conducting vehicle inspections and providing accurate cost estimates
Explaining recommended services and repairs to customers
Scheduling appointments and managing service timelines
Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles
Handling customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
Completing manufactures training requirements
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have:
Titan DMS and Podium experience (not essential)
Previous experience in automotive service advising
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping
