Responsibilities: As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and our skilled technicians. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Service Advisor in the day to day running of the service department.

  • Greeting customers and understanding their service needs

  • Conducting vehicle inspections and providing accurate cost estimates

  • Explaining recommended services and repairs to customers

  • Scheduling appointments and managing service timelines

  • Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles

  • Handling customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism

  • Completing manufactures training requirements 

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Titan DMS and Podium experience (not essential)

  • Previous experience in automotive service advising

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Proficient computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping
