The primary mission of an O’Brien® Glazing Customer Service Administrator is to provide exceptional service and to meet each customer’s needs. The role supports the Regional or Area Team administratively and operationally. The role may have a specialist focus in one or more of the following areas: Customer Service, Invoicing, Payroll, Purchasing, Service Recovery and Workforce Planning. However the role will typically require multi-skilling in these areas and incumbents will be expected to demonstrate a range of skills across all these areas of specialist focus where and when required. Working Relationships Internal relationships - Regional Operations Management, Central Operations including Field Managers, Service Delivery Manager, Planners, Measure & Quote team, Finance and IT, HR and Payroll, Supply and Distribution, Customer Solutions External relationships- Local customers (including insurers, loss assessors, and facilities managers), local suppliers. Qualifications Minimum School Certificate or equivalent Drivers Licence – possession of current drivers licence Experience & Attributes Essential Experience in a front line customer service role Experience in a role requiring customer service/clerical/administrative skills in a service or retail based industry IT literate, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word Desirable Exposure to / understanding of Glazing techniques. Strong understanding of the glass/building industry including products and suppliers. Some experience in workforce planning or role that requires a high degree of forecasting and statistical analysis/reporting.--
