Banhams WA is a leading, privately owned Fire Protection company delivering comprehensive statewide services across Fire Pumps, Wet Fire, Electrical, Plumbing, Passive Fire and Maintenance. Our work is delivered in line with Australian Standards, statutory requirements and industry best practice.

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our administrative and scheduling functions and support efficient service delivery across the business.

About the Role

This is a key operational role responsible for overseeing office administration and scheduling functions while ensuring efficient coordination between office teams, field technicians and clients.

You will lead the administration and scheduling teams, manage resource allocation and workflows, and ensure compliance, reporting and service delivery standards are consistently maintained.

Working closely with the Business Services Manager, you will play an important role in driving process improvements and supporting the operational needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the administration and scheduling teams

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding administration processes

  • Manage scheduling for routine inspections and maintenance services

  • Support scheduling coordination for repairs and project works when required

  • Coordinate client communications and resolve scheduling issues

  • Manage front-line administration functions including inductions, inbox management, office supplies and fleet coordination

  • Ensure accurate record keeping, reporting and invoicing processes

  • Support operational improvements and administrative process efficiencies

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, clients and field staff to ensure smooth service delivery

About You

  • Previous experience in administration and scheduling, ideally within a service-based industry

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset

  • Proactive, reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience using service management systems such as Uptick is highly regarded

  • Experience within the fire protection industry is advantageous

  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support the broader management team
