Key Responsibilities

Managing collections activity across your ledger, including outbound/inbound calls and email follow‑up
Handling customer queries and resolving issues promptly to support strong relationships
Completing daily banking and allocations with accuracy and attention to detail
Processing credit applications and conducting credit limit reviews
Supporting credit decision‑making through clear communication and documentation
Monitoring overdue accounts and escalating risks where required
Liaising with sales, operations, and external customers to resolve disputes and ensure timely payment
Maintaining accurate records, notes, and reporting across all credit activities

About You

Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence outcomes
Confident managing queries and navigating complex stakeholder conversations
Comfortable with banking, allocations, reconciliations, and general AR processes
Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
A problem‑solver who enjoys variety and working as part of a collaborative team
