The Organisation

A long‑established leader in the construction materials sector, operating across more than 300 sites nationwide and employing over 3, 000 people. The organisation services the infrastructure, construction, and mining industries and is part of a global group recognised as one of the world’s largest suppliers of concrete, aggregates, and precast products. Located in Bella Vista.

The Opportunity

This role sits within a high‑volume concrete customer call centre environment that requires accuracy, strong attention to detail, and effective problem‑solving. The position involves managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, phone and online order placement, and coordination with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered effectively. The workload is fast‑paced and involves liaising with a broad range of stakeholders, from labourers to project managers.

Hours of Work:

  • Monday–Friday, rotating rosters between 5:30am – 6:00pm
  • Every second Saturday morning

Required Skills

  • Experience in customer service roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a time‑critical, agile, high‑call‑volume environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Comfortable handling fluctuating workloads while maintaining precision
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office and Google applications
  • Well‑developed interpersonal skills
  • Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive approach to health and safety
  • Punctual, positive, and efficient work style

Desirable Skills

  • Interest in or willingness to learn about the construction industry
  • Experience in call centres or order management environments
  • Ability to learn or use Command (order allocation software)
  • Familiarity with basic product information and pricing (training provided)
