The Role
This casual role is hands-on, fast-paced, and fun. You’ll be packing and dispatching orders, managing stock, organising our warehouse, and assisting our amazing customers via phone and email. No two days are the same, and there’s plenty of variety to keep you busy and engaged. Flexible hours make it perfect if you need to work around school hours or other commitments.

What You’ll Be Doing

Packing, labelling, stickering, and dispatching e-commerce & wholesale orders
Processing shipping labels and managing parcels
Answering customer calls and emails with a friendly, helpful approach
Tracking inventory, updating stock, and doing stocktakes
Organising shelves and keeping the warehouse tidy
Supporting the team with anything else that helps the day run smoothly

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Is reliable, organised, and proactive
Has a keen eye for detail
Is computer savvy and quick to learn new systems
Communicates clearly and professionally
Takes pride in doing things properly and keeping things neat

Bonus Skills:

Previous warehouse, packing, or customer service experience
Shopify or shipping platform experience
Previous experience in the Beauty Industry is highly regarded but not essential.
