About Us

All Scooters and Wheelchairs are a leading supplier of mobility equipment in South Australia and have been servicing the aged and disability industry for over 25 years.

The Role

We sell, repair and maintain motorised scooters, wheelchairs and assorted medical devices like lift chairs and walkers.

This role is negotiable as casual between 20 and 30 hours a week or full time.

If you have worked in roles that require talking to customers, basic workshop tools and possibly driving a van, then we’d like to talk to you. If you like things with wheels and motors, you will fit right in.

We are a small business and value a friendly work environment.

Responsibilities - Must Haves

The applicant must have the following attributes:

  • Sound workshop skills, including the use of typical automotive tools and multi-meters.

  • Excellent presentation and people skills, for dealing with customers who are potentially elderly or disabled.

  • Ability to work well with the workshop team for problem solving, scheduling jobs etc…

  • An honest, reliable can-do attitude with the ability to work unsupervised.

  • Sound problem solving abilities.

  • Basic Computer literacy specifically using MS-Office products such as Outlook and MS-Excel.

  • Be able to pass police checks for working with vulnerable people and children.

  • Covid and Flu vaccinations for aged care facilities are highly regarded

  • Valid driver’s licence.

  • Australian Citizenship.

Responsibilities - Nice to Haves

  • Previous experience with mobility scooters and wheelchairs is an advantage but not necessary.

  • Experience in Automotive mechanical or electrical systems are well regarded.

  • Experience with the elderly or disabled is highly regarded. 

  • Any trade qualification using hand tools is well regarded.

  • A sense of humour is highly valued.
