Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent for a Casual, on-site position based in Adelaide, SA.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Managing room reservation requests by booking, entering, and updating reservation details in the system to ensure a seamless and efficient reservation process.
• Responding to booking enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Delivering high-quality customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
• Ensuring accurate payment information is received and entered into the system in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office Reception or Reservation experience preferably in a hotel or serviced apartment environment
• Professional telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills
• A friendly and positive can-do attitude who enjoys working in a team
• Excellent grooming and presentation standards
• Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Previous experience with RMS is desirable
• The flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Candidates must have the legal right to work in Australia

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.19 – $41.38 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 38 per week
