About The Role As a Business Analyst with the Risk Strategic Shared Platform, you will support the automation of end-to-end data, reporting & analytics processes as well as the simplification of business processes using automation and/or AI. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to define and prioritise requirements, then partnering with engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions that improve efficiency and user experience Role Type: Permanent Role Location: Melbourne What will your day look like? As a business analyst, you will: Engage with stakeholders to capture and document product requirementsTranslate business needs into clear features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teamsSupport testing of the solution once engineering is completeDrive product adoption, including training and end-to-end user journey mappingDevelop product and process documentation to support change management What will you bring? Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills; Creative and innovative solutioning abilityStrong communication & interpersonal skills to influence / manage changeAbility to plan and prioritise to deliver the best outcomesCapable of leading user workshops, gathering requirements and working collaboratively with technology to design solutionsAbility to analyse data and relay insights through narratives & visual means So why join us?
