We are seeking a talented individual to join the Multinational team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This opportunity sits within Marsh’s Risk Management Practice and supports a portfolio of multinational clients, including three-four large outgoing Multinational accounts. As Senior Account Executive, you will work closely with the Managing Principals to deliver risk and insurance solutions, managing renewals, and build trusted client relationships. The role combines client service, technical insurance expertise and portfolio growth, with close collaboration across Marsh and its insurer partners.
We will count on you to:
Manage the delivery, implementation and ongoing review of risk management and insurance programmes to meet client needsRun your own client portfolio of accounts as well as supporting Managing Principals on more of the complex work for Multinational inwards and outwards clients generally.Support new and expanded business targetsSupport Marsh Continuous Improvement StrategyBuild and maintain effective relationships with key client stakeholders through regular communication and service deliveryPartner with the Managing Principals to understand client businesses, risk exposures and insurance requirementsDevelop and manage renewal, retention and portfolio strategies, while identifying opportunities to support client needs beyond traditional insurance productsProvide guidance on technical insurance matters, stay informed on complex claims activity, and work with internal teams to support client outcomesMaintain accurate client records and apply relevant regulatory and legislative requirements in day-to-day practice
What you need to have:
Tier 1 FSRA complianceFive years + experience in insurance broking and managing client relationships within a portfolio environmentKnowledge of commercial insurance principles and risk management practicesEffective communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skillsExcellent Excel and Microsoft Office skillsGood time management and ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
