Risk Client Service Officer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk Client Service Officer to support our specialist Risk Advisers and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of insurance administration and delivering an outstanding client experience at every stage of the journey.

• Act as the primary contact for clients and third-party professionals

• Oversee and manage insurance administration workflows

• Process and manage underwriting and claims across retail and group insurance cases

• Build strong relationships with underwriters and providers to achieve optimal client outcomes

• Support ongoing client policy administration, including:

  • Policy updates and changes

  • Overdue premiums and cancellations

  • Quotes and pre-assessments

  • Preparation of risk schedules

• Conduct quality reviews of outsourced administrative work to ensure high service standards

We are looking for someone with:

• Two years experience in a similar client service/administration role, ideally within the insurance/finance industry

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• A proactive mindset, with the ability to respond well under pressure
