Finance Manager

An exciting newly created opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a rapidly growing logistics organisation undergoing significant transformation and international expansion.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in strengthening the finance function to support growth, improve reporting capability, and enhance financial governance. This is a hands-on role suited to a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting  
• Prepare management accounts, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting packs.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Provide commercial insights and financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Maintain strong financial controls, policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Lead audit processes and liaise with external auditors and stakeholders.
• Oversee Australian tax compliance.
• Drive improvements in financial systems, reporting, and process automation.

About You
To be considered for this role CA or CPA qualified, you bring more than five years’ experience as a Finance Manager or Management Accountant role. You have a strong foundation in management accounting, financial reporting, and working within accrual-based environments.

You also bring solid experience in Australian tax compliance, including GST and SGE reporting requirements, alongside strong Excel and financial modelling capability.
