• Build and grow relationships with franchise and retail partners to expand market share.
• Deliver exceptional face‑to‑face account management, including support, training and tailored solutions.
• Identify and drive additional revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies aligned to growth objectives.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to deliver campaigns and initiatives on time and maximise ROI.

• Proven B2B or B2B2C face‑to‑face account management experience (franchise/retail highly regarded).
• Highly autonomous and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving growth within accounts.
• Excellent relationship building, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Numerically strong, detail‑oriented and confident using CRM/Microsoft tools.
