Credit Advisor / Mortgage Broker

Role Description:

Strategic Advisory is looking for an enthusiastic candidate that can apply their experience to support our finance team in a full time capacity. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to credit management, analysis, communication, and finance. The Credit Advisort/Mortgage Broker will play a key role in evaluating creditworthiness, liaising with clients and lenders, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will first and foremost thrive in a team environment, have a warm personality and be a good communicator; as they will liaise with various stakeholders. 

The candidate will engage in a supporting role which will include but not be limited to:

· Assisting with property finance and acquisitions

· Assessing clients finances and preparing strategies

· Lodging home loan applications

· Liaising with various lender departments

· Maintaining & researching lender policy/process

· Client retention and reviews

· Have initiative and determination to follow through on projects

· Be able to work independently and with a team

· Attention to detail is a must

· Be passionate and willing to learn

· Be enthusiastic about property and finance
