  • Conduct underwriting analysis including cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis, and return metrics such as IRR, NPV, and equity multiples.
  • Assist in assessing development feasibility, repositioning strategies, and portfolio opportunities.
 Market Research & Strategy
  • Conduct market research and analysis on residential rental, multifamily, and broader living-sector trends across Australia.
  • Monitor comparable transactions, rental trends, supply pipelines, and demographic drivers in key markets.
  • Support the development of investment strategies and market entry initiatives.
Transaction Execution

  • Support asset management initiatives through operational and financial performance review.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Australian real estate markets is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Personal Attributes
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Commercial mindset and strong interest in real estate investment.
