CyberSquad IT Consulting is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our growing team in Unley.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in accuracy, and is looking to grow their role over time. We are seeking someone who is confident in day-to-day finance processes, comfortable using systems and technology, and motivated to contribute ideas that help improve and streamline the way we work.
This is an ongoing full-time role, with flexibility available for the right candidate. While we are ideally seeking someone to work full-time, hours and days are negotiable and may also suit an applicant seeking reduced hours or a part-time arrangement, such as 4 or 5 days per week at 5 hours per day.

CyberSquad IT Consulting provides specialist IT services and support to the Australian healthcare sector. Our clients range from single-site GP clinics to large national organisations, and we pride ourselves on delivering innovative, tailored solutions to support their evolving needs.
Working closely with the Finance Manager and Operations Manager, you will support the day-to-day finance operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and issuing invoices
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Liaising with our internal team, suppliers and clients to resolve account queries
Processing transactions and performing reconciliations in MYOB
Assisting with monthly management reporting
Managing payroll processes, including fortnightly payroll, superannuation reconciliations and payments
Maintaining accurate employee financial records and payroll settings
Performing internal audits
Providing general administrative support and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required
Assisting the Financial Controller and Head of Operations & Growth with additional tasks as required
Using our internal finance dashboard to support daily finance processes, identify improvements, streamline workflows and assist in resolving system issues
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar finance or accounts role
Demonstrated experience using MYOB
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong initiative, organisation and time management skills
Strong general IT skills and confidence using computers, systems and new programs
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks
A proactive mindset with a willingness to identify improvements and support more efficient processes
Desirable
Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or higher
